Laine of Harrison, Arkansas sent me a photo of him and this big doe he killed the last day of the youth season. He hunts on Mr. Ratzlaff's land near Alpena and Green Forst and my nephew has managed this farm for over 25 years. We did know know of this connection until after Laine and his dad, Shannon, camed down and bought a Feist pup, Jag. I am hoping next year to get some photos of Laine, his gun, Jag, and some squirrels. I expect to see this same look on Laine's face. Laine will be able to go nearly every weekend to run through the woods with Jag and finding those bushy tails that Jags spots in the tree tops. Memories of a lifetime!

Laine and his Deer
