Dog House Hilton

Matt Howell's friend, R. L., made this cedar dog house for his new Feist. He saved the cedar from a closet in his house. He bought an older house and remodeled the entire thing. He wanted a nice dog house so he and Matt decided to make it out of the salvaged cedar. The top lifts off, but also the house lifts off the floor so it will be easy to clean out. R. L.'s Feist came from near Mena, AR. He is a pup from Sadie (Rosco and Dot offspring) and Cedar. Cedar is out of Shooter and a daughter of Old Rowdy. The pup had not been handled at all. We are hoping to get news that he is getting the pup tamed down. Pups need to be petted and handled to learn to be partners with man. Siggie takes care of this chore for us.

Love the dog house! I think fleas hate cedar so it may also be pest free.
