Dennis Goins' Spike

 Dennis Goins sent a picture of Spike from Mississippi.  Dennis got a hound dog pup for Spike to have a play mate.  He looks like he is doing well.  Cora wishes all the pups would go to Mississippi.  They pester her and she has little patience with them.  You can almost see what she is thinking--"brats".

Dobs~!~Spud Pups

Dobs was not too happy with me snapping that flash at her family of 9 pups.   The white male is the foreground of this photo is not sold.  Also, there will be a black and white male. Wade Granberry gets one male. Wade, if you see this and have a preference in the black with white trim or the white pup, let us know and we will hold that one for you.

 The two chocolate males are sold.  I am posting the pictures so Beau Allen Can see them.  He will get his choice of the two and Coach Miller (basketball Coach at Lamar High School) is getting the other chocolate male.  Coach had a Feist for 17 years that passed this week.  He said when he saw the litter of pups on the Blog he felt it was an omen for him to get another Feist.  We sure hope this little Chocolate male can fill the void left by his old friend.

 The two black pups with white trim are females and the Floyds of LA get first pick of the three females.  The white pup below is the third female.  Her spots look more chocolate than black but it is hard to tell.

 Another two pictures of the females for Billy and Sandy to see!  They are all about the same size.

 One of the chocolate males is darker than the other one.  Also the one above is a little bigger, but they could change in size.  The biggest one often is not the same pup after a month.

Dobs/Spud Pups

 We are keeping a male from the Dob/Spud litter born July 3.  We had 6 deposits for females, but the litter has only 3 females.  Two have been accepted--Billy Floyd and Beau Allen have said they want a female.  I am holding the third female until I can contact W. T. Vickory and Wade Baswell to see if they want the 3 rd female.  One of my deposits was from a Vietnam Vet who wanted two females.   When I called he had had a severe stroke!  We are praying for him, but he had to pass on his pups.

The pictures are from the last Dobs/Spud litter.  Two of these had a blue eye.   These pups I don't know the eye color yet as they are just less than a week old.  There is a white male with black spots.   Two chocolate males with white trim, and 3 colored like Spud.  We are keeping a male that is from the group that have black with white trim like Spud.   Spud is getting older and we sure hope to get a male turned just like him.  Spud is not timid but not aggressive.  He barks a lot on the tree.  He will go as far as he has too to find a  squirrel.  He has a beautiful conformation.  He is just an all around great dog!  Dobs has produced a bunch of great squirrel dogs.  Her sire is the Peanut dog that came from Peanut Beaty.  He was brindle and white and a great squirrel dog.

Steve Granberry has spoken for one of the males today.  If you want a male Feist, contact us.  479 890 8090.  The pups will be ready to go about Aug. 18th.  We will require a $50.00 deposit to hold a male from this litter!

We were just a little flabbergasted when we saw that Dobs had 9 pups July 3, 2013.

Shot and Baton

 Shot has moved to Helena to live with the Rob Kendrick family.  Baton is going to Clarksville with Jerry Dean and the girl that looks like Spook it going to the Brian Spain home.  They are a swell bunch of Feists.

Sigrid is lying by Brian's Feist to get her to sleep.  Sigrid played with the pups most of the day!

Spike to Mississippi

Below is Dennis Goins and Mollie but today he came and got Spud's Spike.  Spike was the largest of the three males.  Dennis lost Moll--she was hit by a school bus.  All the Spud/Opal will be gone this weekend, but we will be keeping one--Spook's Image!  

Dobs had 9 puppies.  We think there were only 3 females and 6 males.   We are keeping a male and all the females will have owners.  Will post photos later, but there will probably be 3 males available if anyone is looking for a male Feist.   Our pups are $350.00.  We will ask for a $50.00 dep. if you want a male from the litter.  Several look like Spud, but two are chocolate and white.  All are beautiful.
