Lia/Spud Pups

Update--Ok--everyone can make a mistake and I can make many. It looks to me like I took a picture of the same black female with white trim in both photos and failed to get a photo of Gerald Taylor's black with white female. The black female with more white goes to Chris Bryan and I may have took her photo twice and failed to get Gerald's female.

I will post the photos of the Spook pups tomorrow. Too many pictures for one day. Thanks to Astrid for helping them model. She is the best helper when it comes to taking care of the garden, lawn or the Feist Kennel. Here are the Lia/Spud babes and they are all lovely and healthy.

These two photos are Fat Bob and Harley. Clifton Pillips gets Harley and Steve Conn Fat Bob. Bob has more white on his neck.


The pup with a dot on her head a goes to Richard Womack's son who has saved the money to buy her.

Bob Burris gets Super Glide (white with black). Suppy has a nice big head.

Friar Tuck and Little Orphan Annie

I will post pictures of Lia and Spook's pups tomorrow. Both litters and Dob's litter are a month old!

Steve Glass is getting the largest white female in the Dobs/Shooter litter. He has Friar Tuck out of Olive Oyl and Max. They have a hunting companion in Orphan Annie (on tail gate). Steve's hunting friend is Tyler Glass (his nephew--son of Bill and Kay Glass)!

Third Picking of Blue Lake

We picked the green beans for the third time. Each time there is more. Pulled two potato vines and dug under them. Also got more squash!

Trapping Tool

When training a young Feist you can trap a squirrel and then turn it loose and let the dog tree it. You would only do this once or twice in the entire training of the dog. Too much caged game training will ruin a dog. A little goes a long way. Make it count. Here is two videos of a young Feist barking at a trapped squirrel and then treeing it when it escaped. I carried him from the tree. Too much of a good thing turns into a bad thing.
