Rev. James Lybrand has some pups out of Cedar and Allis. He lives near Mena, ARkansas if I remember correctly. Cedar is out of Shooter and Pepper. (Pepper is out of Old Rowdy). The mother of the pups is Allis Chalmers. She is out of Dobs and Shooter. Here are phone numbers and email for James!
