Sterling and Roger treed a Fox Squirrel and sent the picture. Near Nashville, TN where they live they find mostly Cat (Gray) Squirrels. Here in Arkansas, there are more Fox Squirrels in the urban areas and Cat Squirrels in the woods. In Galla Meadow we have both, but more Fox. Here when you tree a Fox Squirrel it will usually lay down in the tree and hide and the Cat Squirrels will timber tree to tree. I like the Cat Squirrels best to eat.

Fox Squirrel
