Gilgal and Frankincense Sold!

Gillie, Frankie, and Boaz are going to new homes. With 8 pups all white with lemon, it is really had to put the dog to the right name. Frankie is the pup on top and the one Siggie is holding. She has eye shadow on, holds one ear a little different from the other, and has a patch of lemon on her back. Gillie has only two little dots of lemon on her back. She is in the second and third photo.

We are offering Eleazar, Abel, and Hagar for sale. I will show the pictures on here tomorrow evening. Abel has a circle around one eye. Hagar has a long tail. Elie is the largest of the girls. She is also the most shy, but she is coming out of that quickly with all the handling Siggie gives the pups.

The males are Cain, Abel and Boaz and the females are Di (Diadem), Elie (Eleazar), Frankie (Frankincense), Gilly (Gilgal), and little Hagar!

Our pups are $350.00. The Tie/Patch pups will be ready in a couple of weeks. They are registered NKC and are line bred!

Buster Treeing!

Zack Kraft sent this video of Buster. He sure sounds good on the tree!! Best I recall, he is a brother ot Jag, Cooper, Zoey, and the rest slip my mind...but there were 7 or 8 of them and they are all doing great! Here is his email:
Buster is doing great. Getting better with his barking as we go. We hunt two or three times a week and he loves it. I open up the pen and he's in the jeep before I can get there, ready to go to the woods.

Thanks,
Zack

Dan and His Dad

Young Dan is the son of Lia and elder Dan below. You can see who Dan takes after in looks. He sure is a beauty...perk ears and all! Tony Marshall owns Dan. In these photos he is 4 months old. Elder Dan lives in central Arkansas with his young owner, Matt Parker!
Here is Tony's message:
Larry and Betty, here are a couple of recent pictures of Dan. He is about four months old now. He is doing great and weighed 12 and 1/2 pounds at the vet this week. I have not let him see a live squirrel in a while, but did take him on his first trip to the woods last weekend. Hope you both are doing well and enjoying the cooler weather.
Tony

Tie ~!~ Patch Pups

Litter named for ABC's of the Bible!
Here are 4 of the 5 girls--Di (Diadem), Frankie (Frankincense), Gilly (Gilgal), and Eli (Eleazar). Not pictured is Hagar, the teeny, tiny girl with the long tail. We did not dock her tail as we thought we might lose her....but she is doing fine and is Siggie's favorite of the bunch!
Below is Galla Creek Boaz, male pup form Tie and Patch. They are a month old. Some are still available. The three males are in the basket---Abel, Cain and Boaz!

This little pup above we named Hagar! She is one of Patch's five girls. She was so little but we did not think she would make it but low and behold...look at her now, long tail and all. C. C. Rider & Tut

C. C. and King Tut have gone to new homes. Tut is still in Arkansas and Rider went to Monroe, LA! I am sold out. All I have are the two pups from Lia and Dan. They will be old enough to take to the woods this winter and the pups from Patch and Tie. I appreciate all the interest in my squirrel dogs!

Wayne Hawkin's Catapla Tree

Wayne Hawkins gave me this Catalpa tree. We brought it from Tennessee when we met Wayne there last year. We kept it in a pot and watered it all last winter. Betty set it out this spring. When the weather got hot and dry she carried water to the tree saying, "I can't let ole Wayne Hawkins die of thirst". The tree is doing great! How long before I can get some of those worms off it?

Zipped, Tied and Buttoned!

I now have 5 zip lines. All 4 of my males are tied out on zip lines. They sort of follow the perimeter of my back meadow. Top is C. C., next photo is Tut, then Lia, Tie, and Spud. Lia will be coming in season soon and she will have to go into a heat pen. C. C. and Tut will have new homes when cool weather gets here. Tut is started and C. C. can do it all.
