Ames and his son, Nate with Oliver.

Nogo Nell / Spud pups

Tim Taylor of Alabama sent these pictures
of Rebel and Dixie--two Spud/Nell offspring.
Here is what Tim had to say about them:
Hey Mr. Larry,
Here are two Nell/Spud pups, Rebel on left of tree,
and Dixie on the right. They are doing extremely well.
Dixie looks and acts just like Nell... head shaking and
barking every breath on the tree!
Thanks, Tim

Piglet

Karen Branch sent a photo of Piglet.
She is our Coonie's sister. Karen was
interested in a Feist and we found
while visiting that we were cousins...
distant of course. Karen says Piglet is
a great dog and friend. Piglet weighs
12 pounds so she stayed small. That is why
we called her little Piglet!! Karen has cats.
Our Feists really don't like cats, but
a Feist raised with cats or chickens
learns what belongs to the master and
they will protect and defend what the
master owns.

Thanks, Karen, for sharing this photo
with us!

Dob/Shooter Pups

Whew--This is my last litter of pups until
Spring. Pups are a lot of work if you take
care of them as you should. Dobs' litter is
over 6 weeks old. I have given them their
first puppy shot, but I am still keeping them
off the ground unless they are at recess. I
let them play at least once a day out of their
Kennel and one of my Grandgirls socialize them.
McCormick has already went to his new home in
Dewberry, TX. Dustin and Micah picked him up
Monday.
The four remaining are (from left to right):
J. I. Case, M. Moline, Allis Chalmers, and
Oliver. All named for Tractors!

Oliver--Len Ames pup!

Moe--I am keeping Moe.

J. I. Case--I would sell Case, but really don't care if
I do as I like him a lot.

Allis Chalmers is sold to Robert Wiggins.

Roscoe/Dot Pups--Shaw and Porsche

Matt Howell sent us new photos of the two
little girls that we bought from his litter
out of Roscoe Cloud and Dot. Roscoe is Dobs
littermate. We did not get any girls from
the Dobs Shooter litter so we have bought
the two girls from Roscoe's litter with
Dot. Dot is a McAndrews Feist that came
from Mr. McAndrews and Roscoe is out of
G. W. Carver and Spook.

Matt has 3 male pups from this cross for
sale. They will be ready in a week.
We named these two after tractors like we
did the dobs litter...one is Porsche and
the other one is Shaw Do All. These are
rare Tractors and Matt's pups are
a rare good find. His email is
coachmatthowell@yahoo.com
Matt lives in Waldron, AR.

Found this old picture of Roscoe and
Dobs in 2006. Siggie is playing with
them. Roscoe's pups look just like him.
He is developing into the great sq. dog.

Pretty Boy Floyd

This photo of Floyd and Dean's son was taken
some time back....but we would love a new
picture of him on the tree. Barb go hunting
with Dean and man the camera. Maybe you could
get us a video?

We got an email from Dean Wright today
about Floyd. Dean has been hunting Daisy
and Sugar and Floyd probably has felt
neglected. Dean took Floyd hunting and
sent us this email afterwards.

Larry, I think Floyd is jealous of these other
dogs. A guy wanted to see him go today and he
treed 9 times in an hour, we saw 8 of them. He
continues to make me proud to own him. He acts
like he really wants to prove himself every time
I take him now. Thanks again for these Galla Feists.
Dean

Daisy and Sugar!

Barb Wright sent photos of Daisy and
Sugar. They are both enjoying a life of
leisure in the house and when they are
in the kennel Barb says she puts them in
there together. Barb called after Dean
bought Daisy and said she was doing good,
but would climb out of the kennel. When I
told her Brian Tobin always kept her in the
house. She decided to try it and Daisy is
doing great in the house. Daisy is out of
Spook and Max and Sugar is out of Tia and
Radio Flyer. Barb said Daisy weighs 14
pounds and Sugar weighs 12.

Daisy and Sugar are both great squirrel dogs.
I am anxious for Dean to send a photo of
them treeing.........together!

Hawkins' Gunner

Wayne Hawkins shared new pictures of Gunner--
out of Lia and Spud. Gunner looks like he is
moving ahead on his hunting skills and worming
his way into the hearts of the entire Hawkins'
family. Mo Eckel III owns Gunner's brother,
Rocket and I have a brother Flint. Here is what
Wayne had to say:
Hello Renfroes

I tell you we have fell in love with this pup.
He is going to be a great one! I could not belive
how he barked at that squirrel in the tube and
only 3 months old.

He is so special has a great personality. I'm so
thankful to have him. He is starting to fill a void
that was left by my buddy, Tack.
Wayne Hawkins--Eljay, GA.

Wayne had a Galla Feist named Tack that he lost to
sickness. We are glad he has another Feist to
nuture.
